Ernest Padilla (Co-Owner, Operations Manager), has worked in the background of Green Thumb for many years but will now assist Jeff full time in expansion of the company. Ernest spent 18 years at Fidelity National Title Ins. Co. in a Sales Exec. position for 10 years and Sales Manager, Vice President for the last 8 years. In his role he worked with the NM Real Estate community (primarily Realtors and Lenders) to market and expand their business. Ernest managed the Sales department and generated over 12 million dollars annually in Escrow and Title Insurance sales. He hopes to use what he learned and relationships he developed over the past 18 years and apply it to an expanding company.
